AudioService is a company specializing in maintenance in neighborhood communities and in the repair of damage to aerials, video door phones and telecommunication systems in less than 24 hours. We are currently in charge of the maintenance of systems in hundreds of neighborhood communities in the towns of Estepona, Marbella, Manilva, Benahavís, Casares and Guadiaro.

We offer two kinds of maintenance:

Total Maintenance: this includes periodic reviews of the telecommunications system and video doorphones, it improves the efficiency and solves any wear problems that may cause system failure. It also addresses any issues that may occur at any given time.

Maintenance and repairs: This is an agreement between the community or the administrator and the company whereby the community obtains highly favorable conditions: discounts for repairs, new installations, high priority and a long list of other items that can be negotiated between both parties.

Failure management and prevention

The administrator or president of the community simply needs to transmit the problem, and it will be solved within 24 hours. Once it has been solved, a detailed report with the problem encountered and the solution provided will be sent.

The Total Maintenance contract includes a visit by technical personnel to the community every three months to check the state of the telecommunications infrastructure and components and to keep them up to date and fully operational. A report on it and on the interventions performed will be sent to the administrator and president.
