A project of Common Telecommunication Infrastructures (CTI) is a technical document that details the facilities that new buildings need to have to access telecommunications services.

Current Spanish legislation establishes minimum requirements for telecommunications networks in buildings. From these minimum requirements, you can expand the services that each customer requires for its buildings, obtaining a better service.

Projects of Common Telecommunication Infrastructures collect information about telecommunications services and are endorsed by the Spanish Association of Professional Engineers, ensuring the smooth running of what they submit. A visa/certificate is required to obtain a license to begin building.

In coordination with the architect, you need a site management office to ensure that all the indications in the CTI project are met in the actual installation. This results in a final certification that is necessary to obtain the certificate of occupancy.
