We are a telecommunications company with over 20 years’ experience in the field. We work in Estepona, Marbella, Manilva, Benahavís, Casares and Sotogrande (Guadiaro).
A project of Common Telecommunication Infrastructures (CTI) is a technical document that details the facilities that new buildings need to have to access telecommunications services.
Current Spanish legislation establishes minimum requirements for telecommunications networks in buildings. From these minimum requirements, you can expand the services that each customer requires for its buildings, obtaining a better service.
Projects of Common Telecommunication Infrastructures collect information about telecommunications services and are endorsed by the Spanish Association of Professional Engineers, ensuring the smooth running of what they submit. A visa/certificate is required to obtain a license to begin building.
In coordination with the architect, you need a site management office to ensure that all the indications in the CTI project are met in the actual installation. This results in a final certification that is necessary to obtain the certificate of occupancy.
In AudioService we work with developers, builders, architects and engineering offices taking care of all the necessary paperwork to obtain the visa.
Our ICT service projects include:
- Procedures with the Spanish Office of Telecommunications
- Legal steps with Spanish Association of Professional Engineers
- Management and monitoring of work
- Official Certificate
- Signature and Visa
- Project realization
The price of the Common Telecommunications Infrastructure Project (ICT) includes everything that the Spanish regulations require so you do not need to worry about anything.
